Dicetek LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Production Support Engineer for banking/financial services applications. The role covers ETL, data integration, Oracle/SQL Server, API integrations, and Azure cloud in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of production support experience in banking, knowledge of regulatory reporting and credit life cycle, and familiarity with ITIL processes. 24x7 coverage and strong incident management are essential.

Minimum 7+ years

Required Skills *

Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases, including SQL/PLSQL development and troubleshooting.

Experience with API integrations, REST/SOAP services, and SFTP-based file transfers.

Experience supporting applications hosted on Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments.

Understanding of Credit Origination processes and applications.

Knowledge of Regulatory reporting and Credit Life Cycle.

Experience with application monitoring, incident management, and batch processing support.

Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.

Required Experience / Knowledge Areas *

Production support experience in banking or financial services.

Experience supporting collateral management, lending, credit risk, or regulatory reporting applications.

Experience working in a 24x7 support environment supporting business-critical applications.

Certifications Required

AWS / Microsoft Azure Cloud Certification – good to have

SQL – PLSQL certification - preferred

Relevant API or technology certification - preferred
