Dicetek LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior production support specialist for banking applications. The role covers ETL, data integration, and managing issues across Oracle/SQL Server databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and SFTP transfers.

You will support applications hosted on Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments, with knowledge of Credit Origination and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in production support within banking, experience with collateral management

Qualifications

• 7+ years of production support experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience with collateral management, lending, credit risk, or regulatory reporting applications.
• Experience working in a 24x7 support environment supporting business-critical applications.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
