Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced technology leader to drive the technical design and architecture of complex change initiatives in the banking/risk domain.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery from concept to deployment, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and enforcing best practices across design, development, testing and deployment within change programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in requirements analysis and creating FSDs/User stories.
• Experience with API design, microservices, system integration, and data mapping.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Credit Risk
• Implementation experience in RAROC (Risk Adjusted Return on Capital) is preferred.
• Understanding about ECL, FTP is desirable.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL, ETL/batch integration, data mapping, migration and reconciliation skills.
• Good understanding of PD, LGD, customer exposure, external ratings, short term/long term and other regulatory risk data
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, technical specifications and source-to-target/data mapping and solutioning.
• Defect tracking, triage and root-cause coordination.
• Agile delivery
• Must have Cloud technologies understanding, using SaaS/PaaS.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of Core Banking Systems, Change/Incident Management and AWS/Azure cloud deployments.

Required Experience / Knowledge Areas

Specific domain or industry knowledge required

• 6-8- years of implementation experience in risk domain.
• Data extraction, migration, reconciliation and regulatory report validation.
• Successful completion of SIT, QAT, UAT, DR, production deployment and post-go-live validation.
