Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced software engineer to support core banking lending solutions. You will handle day-to-day application support, ensure high availability, and work with Oracle Database and lending modules.

The role requires 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE or Intellect lending modules, strong data analysis, and excellent stakeholder management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and drive production readiness.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience as a Software Engineer to support core banking lending solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE or Intellect lending modules and business processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Database concepts and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support ensuring high availability of business-critical systems.
• Investigate, analyze and resolve incidents, service requests and production issues within SLAs.
• Perform RCA and implement corrective actions to minimize recurring incidents.
• Coordinate with business users, development teams, infrastructure teams and external vendors to resolve technical and functional issues.
• Support application releases, deployments, configuration changes and system enhancements across environments.
• Monitor application health, system performance, logs and interfaces to proactively address issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies, reconciliations and batch processing issues.
• Maintain support documentation, incident records and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with change, incident and problem management processes while meeting service targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and user experience.
