Job summary

Showcify, Inc. in Dubai seeks an experienced software engineer to develop new features within a cross-functional team. You will review and refactor code, drive performance improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape requirements and plan sprints.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, expert PHP or Node.js skills, and hands-on experience with Laravel or Symfony, Git, and Agile practices. This role is on-site in Dubai, focusing on scalable web applications.

Qualifications

• BSc in computer science or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
• Expert PHP or Node.js in large, scalable web apps.
• Experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Version control with GIT; Agile development and JIRA knowledge.
• Basic Unix commands and environments understood.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
