Job summary

Gold Mark Real Estate LLC in Dubai seeks a PHP developer to maintain and enhance production applications built on PHP 7.x in a governance-first, audit-ready environment. You will own MySQL health, configure Apache deployments, and build secure SOAP/REST integrations with third-party systems.

You will work within structured change management, contribute to modernization efforts with minimal live-service disruption, and document configurations and API specifications for governance reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PHP development experience in PHP 7.x environments.
• Solid MySQL skills including schema design, query optimisation, data governance.
• Proven experience with Apache in enterprise-grade setups.
• Real-world SOAP and REST API integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and web security standards.
• Comfortable working within structured change management and release processes.
• Knowledge of PHP classes for integrations.
• Bonus: experience in Real Estate portals or similar.

• Maintain troubleshoot and enhance production applications built on PHP 7 x within a fully governed environment
• Own MySQL database health performance tuning indexing integrity controls table creation as required and necessary
• Configure and support Apache web server deployments in line with IT governance frameworks
• Build and maintain secure SOAP and REST API integrations with all third-party applications that demands API procedures
• Lead incident response root cause analysis and preventive action implementation
• Support compliance reviews security audits and change management processes
• Maintain detailed technical documentation configurations integration specs and change logs
• Contribute to modernisation initiatives with zero disruption to live services

What We re Looking For

• 3+ years of PHP development experience, with strong hands-on exposure to legacy PHP 7.x environments
• Solid MySQL skills schema design, query optimisation, data governance
• Proven experience with Apache in enterprise-grade setups
• Real-world SOAP and REST API integration experience, ideally in Bayut and Propertyfinder portals.
• Strong grasp of secure coding practices and web application security standards
• Comfortable working within structured change management and release processes
• Knowledgeable with PHP classes available for integrations
• Bonus Points Prior experience in Real Estate or the likes.
• Familiarity with DLD, Trakheesi, Bayut and Propertyfinder standards and integration frameworks
• Knowledge of modern PHP (Laravel, Symfony) for gradual modernisation
• Frontend literacy HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, Bootstrap.
