• At least 5 years building with Laravel.

• Solid MySQL experience and query optimisation under load.
• Comfortable with Git and standard version control workflows.
• Good written and spoken English.

What will you do

• Build and maintain web applications on LaravelDesign database structures and queries for high-load high-traffic environments
• Optimise performance and scalability through caching indexing and query tuning
• Design RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end frameworks
• Build custom integrations with third-party services such as payment gateways messaging providers and social platforms
• Work with asynchronous processing message queues and event-driven patterns
• Support deployment and server management across AWS or similar cloud environments
• Write clean testable code and take part in code reviews with constructive feedback
• Maintain clear documentation for the applications and systems you work on
• Evaluate new tools and techniques including serverless microservices and containerisation and bring the useful ones into our workflowCollaborate with designers project managers and fellow developers to hit project requirements and deadlines

Requirements
