Murphy AI seeks a Software Engineer to own real problems end-to-end, from design to production, on a scalable event-driven platform. You will work on AI-enabled debt recovery solutions, building with TypeScript across Node.js and React to deliver reliable systems.

You will join a fast-growing team and have opportunities to impact product strategy, workflow automation, and integrations with customer systems, while enjoying a hybrid, flexible work model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience building and scaling production software.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript across the stack (Node.js backend, React frontend).
• Ability to design, run, and debug production systems with focus on latency and cost.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-end from design to production in a scalable platform.
• Build and evolve products used by customers to configure strategy and understand AI conversations.
• Extend infrastructure to support growth, integrations with customer systems, and data flows for AI agents.
• Contribute to internal tools and automation to accelerate teams.
