Job summary

Murphy is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Dubai to own the technical execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers, primarily banks and large lenders. You will scope with customer leads, design the agent, build and test it, and launch on their systems.

Post-launch, you’ll analyze production data, report results to the client, and iterate on agent and strategy. You’ll work in a hybrid setup (3 days in Dubai office, 2 remote) and collaborate with Account Executives, Deployment

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Hands-on coding experience and SQL.
• Experience building with LLMs: prompting, evals, guardrails, harnesses.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise agent builds from scope to production launch.
• Design agent behavior and prompts across languages and channels.
• Configure client reach rules including call windows and channel mix.
• Analyze production data, explain results to customers, and drive improvements.
• Develop tests and integrations with client systems; maintain deployments.
