Job summary

Murphy is hiring a founding Product Designer to own how our AI voice agent platform looks, feels, and works. You will turn a stack of internal tools into a single, lovable product, merging back-office, front-office, and agent-config into one experience.

As a founding designer, you will prototype with live data, shape the design system, and push for high-quality, scalable interfaces that survive rapid product growth in a $300B+ market.

Qualifications

• Experience turning 0→1 product design into shipped interfaces.
• Ability to build and own design systems across a product suite.
• Strong sense for desktop web UX within B2B contexts.
• Adept at applying AI to design processes and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Murphy's design system and UI language.
• Consolidate back-office, front-office, and agent-config tools into one product.
• Create simple UX for configuring agents and monitoring live calls.
• Develop a self-service product enabling customers to set up and run agents.
