Role Description

The Artificial Intelligence Programmer will design, implement, and optimize AI models and algorithms that integrate with Birbal AI’s blockchain platforms and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing production-grade software, building and training neural networks, implementing NLP solutions, and applying pattern recognition techniques to real-world data and workflows. The role involves collaborating with architects, blockchain engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into robust AI-enabled components, as well as documenting models, conducting performance evaluations, and improving existing systems. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Industrial City, with flexibility for part of the work to be completed from home.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and version control.
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including model design, training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, information extraction, or conversational interfaces.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python, Java, or similar) and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts, smart contracts, and distributed systems, or a strong interest in learning these domains.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate across distributed teams, and communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with deploying AI systems to production, working with cloud platforms, and adhering to security and performance best practices is an advantage.
