Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced IT professional with Insurance domain exposure to design, develop, and support enterprise applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Web API, Power BI and Power Apps.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, build data models and dashboards, integrate APIs, and ensure robust production support in a fast-paced environment. A strong foundation in SDLC and Agile methods is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in the Insurance industry is required.
• Strong experience building enterprise apps on the .NET stack.
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Microsoft Power Apps development and workflow automation.
• Proficient with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Experience with complex SQL queries and performance tuning.
• Experience API and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong production support and debugging skills.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies is a plus.

Insurance Domain Experience – Mandatory:

• Candidates must have previous hands-on experience working within the Insurance industry.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience in Dot NET / Dot NET Core, C#, ASP Dot NET and Web API

• Strong experience developing and supporting enterprise/business applications

• Hands-on experience in Power BI, including dashboards, reports, DAX, Power Query and data modelling

• Practical experience in Microsoft Power Apps development, forms, workflow automation and business applications

• Strong experience with SQL Server and Oracle Database

• Hands-on experience with complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers and performance tuning

• Experience integrating applications with APIs, databases and enterprise systems

• Strong experience in application troubleshooting, debugging, production support and enhancement delivery

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

• Experience supporting business-critical applications and legacy system modernization

• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, version control and change management is an advantage
