Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks a Senior Enterprise Domain Architect to define and maintain the target architecture for P&C insurance, spanning underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, reinsurance, and distribution.

You will drive domain-level reference architectures, translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, and ensure architectural consistency while enabling controlled innovation across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
• Strong experience in P&C insurance (carrier-side preferred).
• Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation and core modernization.
• Hands-on experience with API platforms, integration architecture, and cloud-native designs.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML architectures, with practical exposure to intelligent automation or agent-based systems.
• Technical knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Define the strong enterprise architecture for Agentic AI strong including autonomous agents orchestration layers decision engines and human-in-the-loop models Partner with data AI and business teams to embed AI agents into core insurance processes e g FNOL claims handling underwriting triage fraud detection agent assist Establish guardrails for strong AI governance ethics security explainability and regulatory compliance strong Drive reuse of AI capabilities via platforms services and APIs rather than point solutions strong
