Job summary

544 Cisco Systems International FZ-LLC in Dubai/Doha seeks a Customer Delivery Architect to lead complex engagements, translating business priorities into scalable Data Center and Security designs, including VXLAN EVPN and multi-site fabrics.

You will guide customer and account teams, drive post-sales architecture strategy, and mentor cross-functional engineers, embedding Python, Ansible, and Terraform automation into environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10+ years of related network architecture and engineering experience.
• Active CCIE certification in Data Center, Security, Enterprise, or Routing & Switching (or equivalent demonstrated industry expertise).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead solution architect across complex customer engagements, translating strategic business priorities into scalable Data Center and Security designs.
• Provide strategic technical guidance to customer leaders and account teams, steering post-sales architecture strategy.
• Architect secure multi-tenant overlay networks with VXLAN EVPN, BGP EVPN control planes, and multi-site fabrics; define VRF segmentation and micro-segmentation policies.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, review deliverables, ensure delivery quality, and embed network automation using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.

Your Impact As a Customer Delivery Architect, you will serve as the lead solution architect across complex customer engagements, translating strategic business priorities into scalable Data Center (VXLAN EVPN, Nexus) and Security (ISE, NGFW) architectural designs.

You will provide strategic technical guidance to customer leaders and account teams, steering post-sales architecture strategy to accelerate solution adoption and long-term value realization.

In this role, you will architect secure multi-tenant overlay networks, defining BGP EVPN control planes, multi-site fabrics, VRF segmentation, and micro-segmentation policies.

You will lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, reviewing technical deliverables, ensuring delivery quality, and embedding network automation using Python, Ansible, and Terraform into customer environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) with 10+ years of related network architecture and engineering experience.
• Active Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification in Data Center, Security, Enterprise, or Routing & Switching (or equivalent demonstrated industry expertise).
• Demonstrated architectural experience designing and deploying Data Center overlay networks (VXLAN EVPN, Nexus) OR Enterprise Routing & Switching architectures (BGP, OSPF, Multicast, DCI, SD-WAN, or SDA) OR Cisco Security solutions (such as Cisco ISE or Next-Generation Firewalls / FTD / ASA).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing hybrid environments using Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) and Software-Defined Access (SDA / SD-WAN).
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Secure Network Analytics (Stealthwatch) and Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA).
• Proven track record leading multi-site data center migrations and establishing enterprise network segmentation frameworks.
• Experience integrating VXLAN EVPN networks with cloud-based platforms or SDN controllers.
• Strong background mentoring engineering peers, leading customer technical design workshops, and authoring technical documentation.
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying network automation scripts using Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
