Job summary

Six Construct is seeking a Soft Services Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, and related services across our sites in Abu Dhabi. You will lead site teams, ensure high standards, and coordinate with clients to deliver reliable facilities support.

The role requires 3–5 years in soft services within Facility Management, a UAE driving license, BICS certification, and proficiency with CMMS and reporting tools. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or Hospitality preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in soft services within Facility Management.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment.
• CMMS proficiency and reporting skills.
• UAE Driving License and BICS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily soft services operations (cleaning, housekeeping, waste, pest control, landscaping, janitorial).
• Lead and manage soft services staff with manpower deployment and performance monitoring.
• Provide training, guidance, and task allocation to maintain high service standards.
• Inspect washrooms, common areas, offices, and public spaces for cleanliness and standards.
• Monitor SLAs and contractual requirements; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene procedures; ensure PPE usage and safe chemical handling.
• Coordinate with facility teams, subcontractors, helpdesk, and clients for smooth delivery.
• Handle client requests, complaints, and feedback with timely resolutions.
• Maintain housekeeping, waste segregation, and storage area cleanliness.
• Prepare regular reports and support audits, inspections, and client reporting requirements.

The Soft Services Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for clients, tenants, and visitors. This position is responsible for overseeing daily soft services operations, leading site teams, maintaining service quality standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, and delivering excellent customer service. Through effective supervision, coordination, and continuous improvement, the role contributes to client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the successful achievement of facility management objectives.

What You'll Drive

• Supervise daily soft services operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control coordination, landscaping, and janitorial services.
• Lead and manage soft services staff, ensuring effective manpower deployment, attendance monitoring, and performance management.
• Allocate daily tasks and provide training and guidance to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of washrooms, common areas, offices, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with service standards.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs, contractual requirements, and client expectations, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene procedures, ensuring proper use of PPE, equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
• Coordinate with facility management teams, subcontractors, helpdesk functions, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage client requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Control and monitor cleaning materials, consumables, chemicals, and equipment to support efficient and cost‑effective operations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, waste segregation, and cleanliness across all site facilities and storage areas.
• Maintain accurate operational records, inspection reports, attendance logs, and service documentation.
• Prepare regular reports and support audits, inspections, and client reporting requirements.
• Support emergency cleaning activities, special events, VIP visits, and other site operational requirements.
• Assist the Facility Manager in achieving KPIs, service targets, and contractual obligations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

• Bachelor's Degree (Facility Management or Hospitality background preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in soft services within Facility Management.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment.
• Computer skills, including reporting, emails, and CMMS.
• Strong supervision, communication, and customer service skills.
• BICS certification.
• UAE Driving License.
