Job summary

A&A Associate is seeking a Social Media Executive to manage and execute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube from Dubai, UAE. This role requires at least 1 year of UAE social media experience and strong copywriting and coordination skills.

You will collaborate with designers and marketing teams, create engaging content including Reels and short-form videos, and analyze performance to improve engagement while representing the brand on camera when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant social media experience in the UAE.
• Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube.
• Strong content ideation, copywriting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage a content calendar and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with creative and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the social media content calendar from ideation to publishing.
• Develop creative content ideas, campaigns, hooks, captions, and CTAs.
• Research trends and create engaging content across platforms.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and internal teams for timely execution.
• Create and coordinate Reels, Stories, carousels, static posts, short-form videos, and LinkedIn content.
• Work with the video team on scripts and presenter-led content.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and presenting when required.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Ensure content is accurate, professional, and aligned with the brand.
