Salt in Dubai is looking for a Social Media Executive to join a fast-paced creative agency, driving social across client accounts and helping bring brands to life on social platforms.

This hands-on role requires understanding what makes content engaging and thriving in a busy agency environment.

1–3 years of experience, strong copy and a keen eye for trends will help you excel in this role within a dynamic Dubai agency setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of social media experience, ideally in an agency.
• Strong understanding of platforms and what works on each.
• Keen sense of trends and online culture.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support development and execution of social media strategies across client accounts.
• Manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
• Create and manage social media calendars, ensuring content is timely, relevant and on-brand.
• Write engaging social copy, captions and community responses.
• Collaborate with creative, content and account teams to develop engaging social-first content.
• Support influencer and creator activity where required.
• Monitor community engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Track social performance and prepare basic reporting and insights.
• Research competitors, trends and relevant audience behaviours.
