Qualifications

• Proven social media marketing experience within the Real Estate Industry.
• Strong experience in real estate lead generation through both organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising across major social media platforms.
• Portfolio or examples of successful real estate social media campaigns, video content, and lead-generation results are highly preferred.

The ideal candidate understands how to market properties, create engaging real estate content, generate qualified leads, and convert social media activity into measurable business results.

This is a hands-on role. The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, content creation, video shooting, and video editing.

• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and social media storytelling
• Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Good knowledge of real estate market trends, buyer behavior, investor audiences, and property marketing
• Ability to create targeted campaigns for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics, lead quality, cost per lead, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance
• Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data and achieve measurable results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to marketing
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, content schedules, and projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Portfolio or examples of successful real estate social media campaigns, video content, and lead-generation results are highly preferred
