Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Creative Content Creator to develop engaging content across real estate development and construction projects. You will craft written, visual, and short-form video content to elevate brand visibility and customer engagement.

Collaborate with marketing, designers, and videographers to align content with campaign objectives. You will also help capture on-site updates, maintain asset libraries, and monitor performance to inform optimizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or lifestyle brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create written, visual, and short-form video content for digital platforms.
• Develop content for social media, websites, brochures, email campaigns, and advertisements.

• Assist in capturing on-site photos, videos, and project updates when required.
• Brand Consistency & Quality Control
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and messaging guidelines.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Maintain content libraries and asset repositories.
