Job summary

SkyNet X Solutions in Dubai is seeking a Video Producer & Editor Intern to plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content across SNXS brands. You will work onsite in Dubai, capture live moments at events, conduct interviews, and turn footage into polished content using AI tools as an integral part of production.

After 3 to 6 months, high performers may receive a full-time contract with a clearer growth path within the brand communications team.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or showreel is mandatory.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Film Production, Media Production, Digital Media, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Mass Communication, Journalism, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience using AI in video production is required.
• Proficient in at least one professional video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong written and verbal English communication, script writing, and production briefs.

As the SNXS Social Media Manager Intern, you will contribute directly to Creators Pad content alongside your work across the broader SNXS brand family.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Producer & Editor Intern to join our Dubai team onsite. You will plan, shoot, and edit both short-form and long-form video content across SNXS and its brand properties, from 30-second Reels to full event recap films. You will be on the ground at SNXS events in Dubai, capturing live moments, conducting interviews, and turning raw footage into polished published content. AI tools are not optional here, you are expected to use them actively to accelerate production, enhance output quality, and solve creative problems faster.

After 3 to 6 months, high performers will be offered a full-time Video Producer & Editor contract with a competitive salary, expanded scope, and a clear growth path within the brand communications team.

• Currently based in the UAE.
• Portfolio or showreel is mandatory. You must submit a link to your portfolio, showreel, or published video work with your application. Applications without a portfolio link will not be reviewed.
• AI-native workflow. You actively use AI tools throughout your video production process. This is a mandatory requirement, not a bonus. If you have never used AI in a video production context, this role is not the right fit.
• Proficient in at least one professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Able to independently plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content without requiring a full production crew.
• Experience producing both short-form videos (under 60 seconds) and long-form content (2+ minutes).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to write scripts, prepare production briefs, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Self-starter with strong storytelling instincts who proactively identifies content opportunities and executes them without waiting for detailed direction.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Film Production, Media Production, Digital Media, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Mass Communication, Journalism, Visual Arts, or a related field.
