Role Description

The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across Klekktic’s social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and visual guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media campaigns, managing the content calendar, writing captions and short-form copy, and optimizing posts for engagement and reach. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, respond to audience interactions, and collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to support product launches and brand initiatives. The role also involves staying current with social media trends and recommending new formats or platforms that align with Klekktic’s brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and execute effective Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies.
• Strong Content Strategy skills, including campaign planning, content calendar management, and alignment with brand goals.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for crafting clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate copy.
• Experience using social media analytics tools and KPIs to measure performance and optimize content.
• Familiarity with visual storytelling and collaboration with designers or content creators.
• Proficiency with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications; experience in design, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.
