Circles is seeking a creative, commercially minded Social Media Lead to own and grow our brand across UAE social channels. You will sit at the intersection of content, community, and activation, building an engaged audience and driving social growth that translates into brand value.

You will lead strategy, content planning, and execution, manage community interactions, and brief agency partners. The role requires deep UAE market understanding and a high-velocity, platform-native mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of social media management experience in UAE or GCC.
• Proven ability to grow and engage audiences on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Strong content instincts and ability to brief creatives precisely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own social media strategy across key platforms.
