Job summary

Confidential is seeking a creative Social Media Executive to join its marketing team in Dubai. You will manage profiles across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, producing reels, posts, and graphics to grow engagement and followers.

You will plan content calendars, stay ahead of digital trends, and collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns. UAE experience and experience targeting European audiences are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Experience creating content for European audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the company's presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging reels, stories, graphics, and social media posts.
• Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent publishing.
• Research emerging trends and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and content strategies.
• Track social media performance, analyze audience engagement, and recommend improvements.
