Job summary

MINIMALIST.ae, based in Dubai, seeks a Social Media Executive to support the brand’s social media strategy across platforms, ensuring on-brand, performance-driven content.

You will manage content calendars, campaigns for product launches and seasonal moments, and analyze engagement metrics to optimize performance. This role is in Dubai HQ and offers growth within a fast-expanding luxury lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of social media/content creation experience, ideally in UAE-based eCommerce or lifestyle/fashion/luxury brand/retail/F&B.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment.
• Understanding of Emirati culture and personality.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Klaviyo, G-Suite and social media software experience (e.g. Hootsuite); Adobe Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support social media strategies and content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and other media formats.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and brand goals.
• Assist in tracking performance metrics and prepare basic reports to identify top-performing content and optimization opportunities.
• Support email marketing efforts including content drafting, list segmentation, and scheduling using Klaviyo.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of digital trends.

With four stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. The Role:

As Social Media Executive, you will support the execution of Minimalist's social media strategies across various platforms. You’ll help ensure our digital presence is consistent, on-brand, and performance-driven. This position is based at our headquarters in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of social media strategies and content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and other media formats.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and brand goals.
• Assist in tracking performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and prepare basic reports to identify top-performing content and optimization opportunities.
• Support eMail marketing efforts including content drafting, list segmentation, and scheduling using platforms like Klaviyo.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of digital trends.

Requirements:

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in social media/content creation, ideally in a UAE-based eCommerce or lifestyle/fashion/luxury brand/retail/F&B.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment.
• An understanding of Emirati culture and personality.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and more.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, G-Suite, and relevant social media software (e.g. Hootsuite etc.).
• Ideally, experience with graphic design software (Adobe Suite).
• Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written). Communication skills in Arabic are a significant advantage.
