Job summary

Minimalist in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager to own the end-to-end social media strategy and execution for our luxury goods brand. You will craft content, manage multi-channel campaigns, and drive engagement from ideation to implementation.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in UAE digital marketing, strong Instagram/Facebook/Snapchat ad experience, and fluency in English with Arabic a plus. The role is based at our Dubai headquarters with a competitive salary and visa support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in a managerial digital marketing role within UAE-based eCommerce or luxury goods/fashion/watches.
• Strong understanding of Emirati culture and local consumer behavior.
• Proven hands-on experience with social platforms and ads management.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel social media strategy to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Translate concepts into compelling content and manage an asset library.
• Create and manage content calendars, hashtags, and campaigns.
• Copywrite social content and email blasts; plan and optimize emails.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices.
