Job summary

Minimalist is seeking a Social Media Executive to support the execution of social media strategies across platforms from our Dubai headquarters. You will ensure a consistent, on-brand, performance-driven digital presence and help with campaigns tied to product launches and seasonal moments.

The role requires 1–3 years in social media/content creation, a keen eye for aesthetics and brand alignment, and proficiency with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and Klaviyo.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in social media/content creation, UAE-based eCommerce or luxury brand.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment.
• Understanding of Emirati culture and local nuances.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, plus G-Suite and social tools.
• Adobe Suite skills are a plus for design tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Role

As Social Media Executive, you will support the execution of Minimalist’s social media strategies across various platforms. You’ll help ensure our digital presence is consistent, on-brand, and performance-driven. This position is based at our headquarters in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of social media strategies and content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and other media formats.
• Monitor and manage brand engagement—responding to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and brand goals.
• Assist in tracking performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and prepare basic reports to identify top-performing content and optimization opportunities.
• Support eMail marketing efforts including content drafting, list segmentation, and scheduling using platforms like Klaviyo.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of digital trends.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• At least 1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation, ideally in a UAE-based eCommerce or lifestyle/fashion/luxury brand.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment.
• An understanding of Emirati culture and personality.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and more.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, G-Suite, and relevant social media software (e.g. Hootsuite etc.).
• Ideally, experience with graphic design software (Adobe Suite).
• Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written). Communication skills in Arabic are a significant advantage.
