Align Staffing is seeking a Graphic Design & Content Specialist to strengthen our digital presence across the GCC. The role focuses on creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, designing posts and campaigns, and producing short-form videos.

You will manage content calendars, research trends, and develop creative ideas, leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows. This is a full-time UAE-based opportunity with visa support and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• B2B/recruitment experience is a plus.
