Blue Lagoons Real Estate LLC in Dubai is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator who can turn ideas into content from concept development to scripting, shooting, editing and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.

You will craft modern, visually engaging stories, plan campaigns, and work with the Sales team to translate ideas into finished content that drives audience growth and brand awareness in the dynamic Dubai property market.

Role Description

We are a Real Estate Brokerage company in Dubai looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role is for someone who can take an idea and turn it into content; from concept development to scripting, shooting, editing and publishing. We want someone who has a good eye for visual storytelling, and can create content that feels modern, relevant and intentional.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop content in short video format for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and SM platforms
• Formulate and execute the Social Media strategy for the business
• Content planning, campaigns, review performance and audience growth.
• Work closely with the Sales team to turn ideas into finished content

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, video production & SMM.
• Creative content skills with strong scripting, storytelling, editing, and visual sense
• Skilled in use of tools like Cap-Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Canva.
• In depth understanding of SMM, algorithms and audience engagement
• Experience in Dubai Real estate is a plus but not mandatory
