Job summary

WhiteCrow in Dubai seeks a skilled Social Content Producer to lead the end-to-end content strategy and production for Arabic digital channels.

You will build a distribution engine delivering 30–40 posts weekly, define clip strategies, and run weekly performance reviews with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3-5 years in content strategy, digital/influencer marketing, and a data-driven approach to grow audiences and optimize performance.

• 3-5 years in content strategy, digital, influencer marketing.
• Platform-native: you’ve grown channels and understand the mechanics deeply.
• Strong editorial instinct: you know what makes people stop scrolling.
• High-output mindset: you love shipping and testing.
• Data-literate and action-oriented: dashboards lead to decisions.
• Comfortable pushing teams: speed and consistency are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Build a content distribution engine capable of 30–40 weekly posts.
• Define clip strategy: hooks, thumbnails, titles, cut styles, post timing.
• Establish reporting that matters: retention, saves, shares, follower conversion.
• Run weekly performance reviews with Programming and Production.
• Produce quick formats with the ability to edit on the spot
• Create experiments: A/B testing formats, packaging, cadence, creator collabs.
• Kill underperforming formats fast and double down on winners.
• Responsible for Arabic digital content strategy and execution across social media and digital platforms.
• Expected to lead content production, audience growth, analytics, and performance optimization.
