Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of guest service experience.
• Preference for security, law enforcement, or military background.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with client interaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Document incidents accurately in security reports.
• Identify forms and documents during investigations.
• Use Mission Control to manage incident files.
• Assist outside agencies when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide follow-up with management.
