Q-Express Documents Transport is seeking an SME Program Manager to drive automation and efficiency in quick commerce operations. You will identify opportunities, define solutions, and implement them across multiple teams to improve speed and reliability for customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and monitor performance metrics while communicating progress to senior leadership. A strong data-driven mindset and stakeholder management are essential for success.
