Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA or CFA/CPA certification is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 2–4 years of progressive experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or portfolio management with SME focus.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and SME risk assessment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements and credit data to assess SME risk.
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures for SME lending, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Manage a portfolio of SME credit facilities, monitoring performance and early warning signals.
