Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in banking telesales, credit/debit card sales or activation, customer calling, contact center sales, or SME outbound sales.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong telephone-based communication, customer engagement, follow-up discipline, and ability to achieve daily targets.
• Proven ability to sell credit cards and process applications through the bank’s application/system.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue SME clients for credit card solutions exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Analyze business needs of potential SME clients to recommend tailored credit card products that optimize their cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients acting as their primary point of contact for all credit card-related inquiries and support.
• Conduct thorough credit assessments and gather necessary documentation to ensure the eligibility and suitability of SME clients for credit facilities.
