Job summary

Mashreq Bank in the United Arab Emirates seeks a results-driven sales professional to achieve monthly targets, prospect targeted segments, and present personal banking products in an ethical, structured manner. You will conduct micro marketing activities, handle objections, and ensure quick, quality turnaround on applications.

You will record all sales activities in the CRM, participate in team huddles and mandatory trainings, and adhere to KYC, AML and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• One year of sales experience in retail or financial services.
• Basic knowledge of Retail Banking products and policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.
• Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
• Present and sell all personal banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner.
• Conduct micro marketing activities that include Kiosk activities and other direct marketing activities.
• Handle objections with a view to getting the customer to buy or company to transfer payroll.
• Ensure End-To-End customer TAT is met for all applications submitted with quality adherence as per target guidelines.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Bank's policy with regards to product, customer KYC, FATCA, AML CTF and third-party channel interactions.
• Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
• Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, Lean & rewards celebrations.
