Job summary

VentureOne is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams within a large-scale Industry 4.0 program. You will oversee automation, digital manufacturing, robotics, and system integration across a multi-vendor environment, ensuring commissioning readiness and operational handover.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, OEMs, and stakeholders in a PMO-governed setup, leveraging dashboards and data analytics to manage performance, risks, and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management in industrial/manufacturing/automation environments.
• Experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong governance, scheduling, risk tracking, and delivery coordination skills.
• Experience supporting commissioning, installation, testing, or operational readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams within a large Industry 4.0 program.
• Develop detailed schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Coordinate OEMs, contractors, system integrators, and internal teams for aligned execution.
• Oversee integration across automation systems, MES, and IT/OT platforms.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans; run regular progress reviews.
