Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management within industrial automation, manufacturing, or systems integration environments.
• Experience implementing full dark factory or multiple lines automation (painting, assembly, machining, packaging).
• Strong understanding of the engineering delivery lifecycle (design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning).
• Experience coordinating multi-vendor technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical scope, schedule, and risk across automation packages.
• Maintain the technical schedule and RAID log for engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate inputs from vendors and internal engineering leads into a single program view.
• Prepare technical status reports and dashboards for reviews with clients.
• Support planning and tracking of design reviews, FAT, SAT, and other milestones.
• Manage change for technical scope with mitigation plans in engineering.
• Act as a liaison between engineering, procurement, and delivery functions.
• Maintain technical documentation and governance records.
• Coordinate between client stakeholders and vendor technical teams.
• Track timely delivery of materials from supplier to client.
• Follow up on milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify risks early and define mitigation with the team.
• Hold technical meetings with client engineering to align on changes.
• Document and communicate all program assumptions, dependencies, and exclusions.
