Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial/manufacturing engineering or related field.
- 14+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering or factory planning.
- Experience owning end-to-end factory processes in complex discrete manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Act as end-to-end Factory Process Owner across machining, assembly, testing, and packaging.
- Develop and maintain As-Is/To-Be process maps and capacity models.
- Define interfaces between equipment, automation, MES, SAP, and WMS.
- Lead process workshops with operations, engineering, quality, and digital teams.
