Job summary

VentureOne is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams within a large-scale Industry 4.0 program. You will oversee automation, digital manufacturing, robotics, and system integration across a multi-vendor environment, ensuring commissioning readiness and operational handover.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, OEMs, and stakeholders in a PMO-governed setup, leveraging dashboards and data analytics to manage performance, risks, and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management in industrial/manufacturing/automation environments.
• Experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong governance, scheduling, risk tracking, and delivery coordination skills.

About The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams within a large-scale Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing program. The role oversees execution across automation, digital manufacturing, robotics, infrastructure, and system integration activities within a highly integrated, multi-vendor environment.

Operating within a PMO-led governance framework, the Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, OEMs, system integrators, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, commissioning, and operational readiness of assigned factory systems and packages.

The role requires strong execution capability, stakeholder coordination, and delivery oversight across complex industrial environments involving advanced automation, digital platforms, MES, IT/OT integration, and AI-enabled manufacturing technologies. The Project Manager will leverage digital tools, analytics dashboards, and data-driven reporting to proactively manage performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of assigned workstreams or delivery packages (e.g., CNC, Assembly, Digital, Logistics, Utilities, Automation)
• Develop and manage detailed schedules, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource coordination activities
• Coordinate OEMs, contractors, system integrators, and internal engineering teams to ensure aligned execution and interface management
• Drive integration activities across automation systems, manufacturing equipment, digital platforms, MES, and operational workflows
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans across assigned workstreams
• Conduct daily, weekly, and milestone-based coordination meetings, progress reviews, and execution tracking activities
• Ensure adherence to project governance, scope control, documentation standards, and change management processes
• Coordinate FAT, SAT, integration testing, commissioning, qualification, and acceptance activities with vendors and stakeholders
• Monitor delivery KPIs including schedule performance, quality, commissioning readiness, operational readiness, and milestone achievement
• Utilize dashboards, analytics tools, and AI-enabled reporting solutions to support data-driven execution management and performance tracking
• Support production ramp-up, operational stabilization, and transition to operations activities
• Maintain project documentation, decision logs, technical records, and reporting accuracy
• Escalate delivery, technical, integration, and vendor-related issues where required
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across execution, reporting, and operational performance

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in project management within industrial, manufacturing, automation, infrastructure, or engineering environments
• Experience managing execution of complex technical or industrial projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Strong understanding of project governance, scheduling, risk management, issue tracking, and delivery coordination processes
• Experience supporting commissioning, installation, testing, or operational readiness activities
• Familiarity with digital manufacturing, automation systems, robotics, MES, or Industry 4.0 environments
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience using digital project management, reporting, and collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, Automation, MES, Robotics, or Digital Manufacturing programs
• Exposure to system integration environments involving IT/OT, automation, and manufacturing systems
• Experience supporting FAT/SAT, commissioning, production ramp‑up, or factory setup activities
• Familiarity with data analytics, Power BI dashboards, AI‑enabled reporting, or digital performance monitoring tools
• Exposure to aerospace, defense, or other regulated industrial sectors
• Experience working within multi‑vendor and highly governed delivery environments
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience in UAE or GCC industrial projects
