Job summary

ADNOC Drilling Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Mid-Level Field Operations Supervisor to coordinate and execute wireline field work in line with company and client policies. You will supervise the field operations unit staff and activities to ensure safe and smooth operation and that personnel and equipment are ready to perform according to contract.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ relevant field experience in rig and rigless operations
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent computer skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, control and execute field operations in line with company procedures and client requirements.
• Supervise field operations staff and activities for safe and smooth operation of the unit.
• Ensure unit personnel and equipment are available to execute wireline jobs per contract.
• Prepare permits to work and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate with customers on operational matters.
• Ensure equipment is maintained/inspected and compliant with asset integrity codes.
