Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is seeking an experienced Housekeeping & Laundry leader to direct operations across six properties. You will ensure top-tier cleanliness, brand-aligned service, and proactive guest care while coordinating with engineering for maintenance and safeguarding key management protocols.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, inspections, and financial oversight to align with departmental goals and high guest satisfaction at Yas Island's premier resort properties.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Prior managerial experience in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and understanding of business.
• Attention to detail, a flexible and hands-on attitude.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping functions for six hotel properties, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand standards across guest rooms, suites, public areas, recreational facilities, and spaces.
• Work with Housekeeping Managers to conduct daily and random inspections of all areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to procedures.
• Monitor daily occupancy levels and ensure room inventory readiness to maximize revenue during high demand.
• Coordinate with Engineering for timely repairs and maintenance in housekeeping areas.
• Maintain strict control over master keys and compliance with key management protocols.
• Review arrival and VIP lists to ensure VIP arrangements are prepared per standards.
