Job summary

ACCOR is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Executive to oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations within a UAE hotel. The role requires ensuring rooms and public areas meet Accor standards, coordinating with facilities and engineering, and maintaining high guest satisfaction through proactive service and meticulous inspections.

The candidate will manage inventories, equipment, and staff, and will drive cost control, sustainability efforts, and energy/waste initiatives while promoting Accor

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping management and supervision.
• Familiar with laundry operations and inventory management.
• Strong guest service orientation and VIP handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Housekeeping operations including Laundry and internal communications to ensure hotel standards are followed.
• Ensure rooms are prepared and inspected per standards and guest requests including Turn Down service.
• Maintain front-of-house and back-of-house areas to standard and cleanliness.
• Monitor night-shift cleaning and inventory levels, approving requisitions as needed.
• Coordinate pest control schedules with Chief Steward and Engineering.
• Implement housekeeping HACCP procedures and energy/waste management practices.
• Monitor cost control and propose savings programs.
• Supervise linen and uniform handling; manage Lost and Found records.
• Promote Accor loyalty programs and act as hotel ambassador to guests.
