Job summary

Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to support all housekeeping and laundry operations, prioritizing guest requests and coordinating with team members to ensure efficient service and an exceptional experience.

You will delegate daily activities, monitor standards, provide guest service, manage room readiness, check CRM guest preferences, and assist with linen, uniforms, and laundry costs, while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or laundry operations.
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistently high operating standards in Housekeeping and Laundry.
• Monitor appearance, standards and performance of team members with emphasis on training and teamwork.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Manage room readiness and availability for guest service with Floor Housekeeping supervision.
• Control housekeeping department operations, including staff scheduling and linen/keys handling.
• Check daily guest information in CRM and meet guest preferences on time.
• Coordinate special linen embroidery and flowers for occasions.
• Oversee monthly Lost and Found and donations.
• Inspect uniforms and arrange cleaning/repairs.
• Coordinate document flow and staff movement within the department.
• Process daily guest clothing releases for laundry service.
• Close Laundry expenses monthly and report variances.
• Fill in for Laundry Attendant during holidays or absences.
