Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1+ year of clerical work or site timekeeping experience.
• Basic MS Excel literacy and good numerical abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor labor entry gates during morning and evening shifts, ensuring orderly biometric scanning and badge checking.
• Record manual backup sign‑in sheets in case of biometric device power or network failure.
• Input daily time cards, gate logs and attendance slips into Excel spreadsheets and internal databases.
• Collect daily medical slips from the site clinic and record workers sent for medical treatment or rest.
• Assist in issuing temporary site access badges and replacement ID cards to inducted workers.
• File hard copies of overtime forms, gate passes and daily labor muster sheets systematically.
