Juma Al Majid Holding Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out to oversee daily interior fit-out activities, coordination with subcontractors, and ensure works meet drawings, specs, and schedules.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or technical certification in civil/construction, 5–8 years of site supervision experience in interior fit-out projects, and UAE/GCC experience. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or technical certification in civil/ construction or related field.
5–8 years of site supervisor experience in interior fit-out.
Experience in UAE/GCC commercial, hospitality, retail, residential fit-outs preferred.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction activities and finishing works.
Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily interior fit-out activities including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery.
Monitor progress and ensure completion per schedules.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
Ensure works per drawings, specs, and quality requirements.
Read and interpret drawings and technical instructions.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other teams for smooth execution.
Check materials on site and ensure proper handling, storage, and usage.
Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and delays.
Ensure health and safety compliance.
Assist in snagging, rectification, and handover activities.
Maintain site housekeeping and organization.
