Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a Site Supervisor for soft services at the assigned site in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves supervising housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and façade cleaning to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and client expectations.

You will monitor KPIs and SLAs and maintain strict compliance with HSE requirements on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision or soft services management.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, waste management, and landscaping operations.
• Ability to manage KPIs and SLAs.
• Understanding of HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all soft services operations at the assigned site.
• Manage housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and pest control.
• Oversee façade cleaning and related support services.
• Ensure services are delivered in compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Maintain adherence to HSE requirements and client expectations.
