Job summary

Voxig IT Solutions in Dubai seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at the assigned worksite, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project requirements. You will coordinate workers, monitor progress, and communicate with management and contractors.

The ideal candidate has a construction or engineering background, prior supervision experience, and a solid understanding of health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• Previous site supervision or construction experience.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read basic project plans and technical documentation (preferred).
