Job summary

Client of Guildhall seeks a seasoned QA/QC leader to own and drive the project-wide QA/QC programme for a live high-rise tower in Dubai. You will lead on-site quality plans with the EPC contractor and supervise inspection staff across the site, reporting issues to the Project Management Team.

Maintaining documentation flow and representing quality at site meetings, you will support site management directly and ensure compliance with design codes and QC processes on a major build.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA/QC management experience on site
• Experience supervising technical or inspection staff on site
• Working knowledge of international design codes and QC processes
• Ability to report non-conformances to PMT
• Experience owning or implementing QA/QC programmes on a live build

Responsibilities

• Own the project-wide QA/QC programme for a live high-rise tower build.
• Lead implementation of site-based quality plans with the EPC contractor.
• Supervise inspection and technical staff across the site.
• Report non-conformances and quality issues to the Project Management Team.
