TalentsTide is seeking an experienced Site Technical Manager with a strong architectural background to lead high-rise construction projects in Dubai. The role focuses on engineering coordination, shop drawings, technical management, and multidisciplinary project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Architectural background.
• Proven experience in high-rise construction projects.
• Expertise in technical coordination and shop drawing management.
• Strong knowledge of IFC drawings, authorities' regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shop drawing production, detailing, and technical coordination.
• Coordinate between Architecture, Structure, Civil, Interior Design & MEP disciplines.
• Review subcontractor submissions, materials, shop drawings, and technical calculations.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and provide guidance to construction teams.
• Lead technical meetings, workshops, RFIs, and material approvals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, IFC drawings, NCC standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, QA/QC, and commercial teams.
• Monitor technical status, approvals, and as-built documentation.
