Job summary

Amentum in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Alternate Site Manager to co-manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, personnel, and services in line with contract requirements across a 24/7 site.

You will supervise teams, ensure scheduling, quality, safety, and environmental standards, and provide timely reports to the Site Manager and PMO. Must have NFPA knowledge, US government experience, and the ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three years of management experience.
• Eight or more years in facilities operations, asset visibility, logistics, or related areas.
• Experience with US government/military personnel and NFPA requirements.
• Ability to supervise staff, schedule workloads, and develop procedures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SECRET US Government Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage day-to-day operations and maintenance at the assigned location.
• Schedule personnel, supervise work, and ensure quality control.
• Provide timely reports to Site Manager/PMO.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and fire protection compliance.
• Coordinate with on-base support and manage a diverse team.
