Job summary

Gulf Workforce in Dubai seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily site or plant operations, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure safety through JHAs, SWMS and SOPs.

You will oversee contractors, manage work permits, monitor performance, downtime, and quality, and mentor a high-performing team. Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in operations and 3–5 years in supervision; owning a car is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of operations experience
• 3–5 years in a supervisory role
• Experience coordinating and supervising daily site/plant operations
• Knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Understanding of equipment inspections and fault escalation
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures (JHAs, SWMS, SOPs)
• Experience coordinating contractors and managing work permits
• Ability to monitor operational performance, downtime and quality
• Strong team leadership, coordination and communication skills
• Having a car is an advantage
